Many thanks for your contribution. I've committed it to CVS but with class 
name ldap.sasl.external.

I've added building a dictionary ldap.sasl.saslmech_handler_class for all 
the known SASL mechs from class definitions.

$ python -c "import ldap.sasl; print ldap.sasl.saslmech_handler_class"
{'DIGEST-MD5': <class ldap.sasl.digest_md5 at 0x81de00c>, 'EXTERNAL': <class
