Please update Win32 builds

I'll try. This will mean updating the win32 build of the OpenLDAP lib... 
which is currently  evolving quite a bit (at long last!), so this will 
all be more complicated... but I'll try.
Don't hold your breath though, before the end of next week nothing will 
happen on my part :-(
