Active Directory - Security Descriptor

Sorry if this is a noobish question (I am a noob when it comes to
Python-Ldap) but is it possible to retrieve the security descriptor for
objects? Such as a group?

I've googled around all day and read over the docs a hundred times and am
none the wiser. Is it possible?
