* Added experimental CSV export
* If the new password field is empty in the password change input
  form the new password is randomly generated and displayed
* More Unicode-related code-cleaning
* An attribute value in the user input is now preserved when
  re-displaying the input form in case of a syntax error
* Attribute list in LDAP URLs are now preserved in case of re-login
