[python-ldap] Decoding AttributeValues

Hi,



I ran into a problem when decoding AttributeValues while using ldif.py.

Looking a bit at http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4514#section-2.4 I came up

with the attached patch which fixes my problem.
