[python-ldap] [PATCH] New hook syncrepl_refreshdone() in ldap.syncrepl.SyncReplConsumer

Hello,

attached patches improve SyncReplConsumer a little bit:

0001-Fix-indentation-in-Demo-pyasn1-syncrepl.py.patch fixes syncrepl demo so 
it works again.

0002-Add-syncrepl_refreshdone-method-to-SyncReplConsumer.patch adds new hook 
syncrepl_refreshdone() to ldap.syncrepl.SyncReplConsumer. See docstring for 
details.
