Hello everyone,

I am Robert Kuska from fedoraproject, I am a python co-maintainer
and co-owner of change Python3 as default which aims to provide
python3 only packages by default across different fedora platform
releases[0].

The reason why I am contacting you is, that ldap is important dependency
of some bigger projects on our default installation so the fate of python3
migration relay also on your package and state of python3 support (which
is non atm).

Do you plan to invest any time to python3 support in near future (meaning months,
specifically, we need python3-ldap before 1st of September)? Do you plan to merge
already existing ldap fork with python3 support[1]? Or should we find a replacement
for python-ldap?

Thank you for your time.
