I had to restructure this a bit because the LDIF string representations are
ambigous. So you can only compare the parsed structures.

Checking whether LDIFWriter._needs_base64_encoding() etc. works correctly has
to be done in separate tests.

Please have a look at the version in CVS HEAD.
