I wonder what module you're actually using. Your last e-mail implies that you're
using https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyldap with Python 3.5.x which is a heavily
patched code fork of https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-ldap.

Personally I cannot help with pyldap.
