[python-ldap] Test for ldap.schema.subentry.urlfetch using file://

Hello,
Martin recently wrote a test for ldap.schema.subentry.urlfetch 
(downloading & parsing a schema file). I've changed it to use unittest 
and I'm sending it here for consideration.
