[python-ldap] Welcome back, python-ldap!

Hello!

I was preparing to write an email saying “I notice that python-ldap.org has been down for a few days.  Is everything OK?”  But I now see that python-ldap.org is back up!

I hope everything recovered OK, and I wish you good server stability.
