[python-ldap] LDIFParser seems to only parse 200 out of 9K odd records

So given my lack of spare time at the moment you currently have 
two options:

1. fix ldif module yourself (start by adding proper test-case(s) 
to Tests/t_ldif.py)

2. implement pre-filtering your customer's LDIF files
