[python-ldap] Function signature wrong documented

Hello,

The function documentation of |LDAPObject.||modify_ext_s|is documented
wrong: https://www.python-ldap.org/doc/html/ldap.html
It says it returns None while it actually returns a 4-tuple (resp_type,
resp_data, resp_msgid, resp_ctrls).
