[python-ldap] FYI: Minimum Python 2.7 for upcoming python-ldap 2.5.0

HI!

I've decided that only Python 2.7.x will be officially supported by
upcoming python-ldap 2.5.0. This gives us the possibility to e.g. use
bytes() etc.

Is anyone here aware of some aspects which would require a newer minor
version than 2.7.0?
