Client side cookies in Python

  Grail 0.6 contains a file, utils/cookielib.py, that might be useful
on the client side.  Note that debugging was minimal, and Grail
doesn't actually use it (I didn't have time to finish the integration
code).  Let me know if you find problems with it.
