learning python

Hi everybody,

I know nothing about computer language.  I guess I need to start with Python,
I've downloaded the progam and installed.  I have the Python window and the
Ineractive window before me what do I do next?????

Any help on tutorials for somebody who doesn't know anything would be helpful.
