FDL Fortran Wrapper

[Ryan Arthur Vartanian]

I've heard of an app called FDL which is a fortran wrapper much like
swig for C/C++.  Unfortrunately I have been unable to locate it.  If
anyone knows of the existence or a place I could find it, it would be
greatly appreciated.
