Any Python/GUI options for OPENSTEP/Rhapsody?

Good day-
	Are there any Python modules which would allow one to develop GUIs
for OPENSTEP, Rhapsody, or possibly Mac OS X?  I would prefer something
cross-platform (tkinter, wxPython), but would use most anything.
