Whoops, I should have given more info on that.

Csound is a software synthesis language / "soundfile compiler".
It has been referred to as the "POVRay of sound" which is not a bad
analogy.

To hear sounds from pysco, you need to have csound installed.
Csound compiles and runs on most platforms.
