i am confused by this question. i was under the distinct impression
that it is a top down decision (guido on down) on whether to integrate
multiarray into python. no?

or am i confusing a call for volunteers with a command level decision
to give go ahead to such project? does the latter already exist?

lastly, whats there to read on how to "add to the python core". i've
done extensions in C, but dont know nuttin about core coding.
