ANN: pyhints - for VIM

Pyhints scans one or more Python source  files and produces a VIM 'hint'
script.
When sourced, this script displays the function signature after you type
the
function name. This idea is from Dr. Cambell's flist program
(http://users.erols.com/astronaut/vim/),
which does the same for C/C++.
