It's in Section 6.1.1 "Process Parameters" lib/os-procinfo.html.  It
might be a good idea, though, to place it with os.mkdir and os.rmdir
in Section 6.1.4 "Files and Directories" lib/os-file-dir.html.

If you think so, e-mail the maintainer at python-docs at python.org; he
takes suggestions very well.
