Types-SIG

Hi, everyone.

If you happen to visit www.python.org, you will see a link to the sigs
area, from which you will find a link to the Types-Sig, and from there
to the Types-SIG archives.

"So what" I hear you say. Well, it's really recommended reading. I saw
Monty Python sketches that didn't make me laugh so hard. It isn't
recommended for total newbies, but it is understandable, though quite
mind-boggling, and hilariously funny. 

(Great work, Tim. I don't know how I would manage to wade through this
stuff without your wonderful jokes)
