Great!  I want all variables to start with $, except for lists and
tuples, which should start with @, and dictionaries, which should start
with %.  :)

I'll get you started...
"That way we can add new keywords without worrying about their affect on
older programs.  All we have to do is make sure that keywords don't
start with $@%, and we're safe!"
