seeking Compiled DCOracle - Win32

Hey Pyhtoneers
 I am getting relatively poor performance with the ODBC module
 don't know if the sluggishness is ODBC or Python, but
 I would like to compare the two, is there a win32 binary, or
 at the very least detailed instructions on how to build a.dll
 or .pyd with MS VC++ 5.0, please help, I'm trying to get large
 CSV files (100k lines) into Oracle 8.0.5, I have nagging Perl-ies
 coworkers who look upon my situation and say "That's trivial for
 Perl"
