Error during installation/uUpgrade

Hello to all,
I want to upgrade from python version 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 because the new
version is needed from a PyGreSQL rpm module. I'm using RedHat 5.2 and
while I'm executing rpm -Uhv <package> of python I get the following
error: python 1.5.1 is needed by python-devel-1.5.1_5.
Any suggestions?
