PROPOSAL: Packages in Python lib

Hello!

   While I love the idea very much, this is what I do not love in
particular:

   I am expecting to find Rs-232 modules in Serial, but instead found
modules that serialize objects.
   Rename Serial to... may be Pickling? Marshalling? SerialObjects?

   Any objections?
