SendKeys update (long ~23k)

I have updated my SendKeys wrapping to allow the use of the wait flag.
As a bonus there are also a couple of functions to kill processes given
an window (I needed this). I suppose that if this is of any value it
could be incorporated in pythonwin, after all this is windows specific.
