pygettext

I'm trying to write a resources page to go with my Python/KDE tutorial,
and I want to point people to pygettext.py, which I found somewhere
on my harddisk. However, there isn't a copyright notice in the file,
and I'd like to mention the author, too. Could he please contact me?
I've had to adapt the program slightly to work with the kde i18n
function, too.
