PythonMagick?

Does PythonMagick (a python interface to ImageMagick) exist anywhere?

I'd like to try it out, but the link to it is dead. (Start at
http://starship.skyport.net/crew/zack/, then click on PythonMagick, then
click again in the Installation area. But the file does not exist
there.)

Email to the author doesn't work either.
