win32: cygwin modules?

I don't have access to an NT machine at the moment, but I'm 99% sure
that the XEmacs team has compface support working on NT, in both the
cygwin and "native" environments.   Check out the www.xemacs.org and
you'll probably be able to dig up something you can look at for ideas.
