Thanks to Burt, Darrell and "SqueezeKey" for their 
responsiveness. You'd think I'd know by now that Windows 
can mangle the case of filenames in highly imaginative ways.

http://starship.python.net/crew/gmcm/install.html now points 
to the right beta page, and rev a of the beta: 
Installer_b_03a.exe.

(GetModuleFileName returns the case-preserved name on NT, 
and all upper case on Win9x. Meanwhile, in updating my 
starship pages, Samba - probably Window's fault - lower 
cases all the names when I copy to my Linux box. Then, 
despite the fact that HTML is case-insensitive, links served 
from starship are case sensitive; so I frequently have to fix file 
names twice before they work!).
