The second USENIX Conference on Domain-Specific Languages (DSL'99) will
be held October 3-5, 1999 at the Omni Hotel in Austin, Texas.  In
addition to the invited talks (by Brad Myers, Peter Lee, and Philip
Wadler) and refereed technical presentations, DSL'99  will include two
"hot research reviews" on the topics of "Domain-Specific Languages for
Programming and Security in Active Networks " (by Carl Gunter) and "A
Methodology for Designing Domain-Specific Languages Using Program
Specialization" (by Charles Consel).
