Problems with PythonWin

The exact error message that I get is:

Registration of the AXScript Engine COM server failed.
Installation will continue, but this server will require
manual registration before it will function.

pywintypes.com_error: (-2147467262, 'No such interface supported', None, None)

Does anyone know how to do this manual registration?

I tried to reinstall PythonWin build 128 today, but I got errors
when he was trying to register the Python AXScript engine.
