ahem.  GvR changed the CPython implementation to adhere
to the standard.  *you* want him to change the standard.

but sure, if you know of a language which is strictly specified,
never changes, and for which all implementations are truly strict
(that is, they shouldn't just accept all valid constructs, but also
flag all possible invalid constructs -- and be completely bug free,
of course), let us know.
