OK - the "official" place for these bits, and their updates, is:

http://www.activestate.com/.NET

BUT - they are not there ATM.  So, in the mean time you can use:

http://users.bigpond.net.au/mhammond/managed_python/

Please let me know if there are any problems.  As soon as the
ActiveState page has these bits, I will take my page down (and replace
it with a link to the AS page)
