Pretty well, it seems to me (with the win32all extensions making
Python an Active Scripting compliant engine).  I've only tested
with PWS (no real installation of IIS I can play with) but it
went quite smoothly.

No, that should not be necessary, just as it isn't for other
Active Scripting compliant languages.
