Gnome with python : how to quit a sub tree windows

hello,

I am doing an application in python with gnoem (libglade, etc...).

I have an root tree that define a windows(main). I have an other windows
that is call from a callback in the main windows.
When i call the mainquit() fonction in my second windows the result is the
end of all the app.
What can i do to only close the second windows ??
