Installer fixes

Hi,

I've been meaning for some time to get out a new release of 
my Windows Installer stuff. I've been accumulating bug fixes 
for some time. A bunch more came up today, and were easily 
fixed. But I do not have the time right now to update the docs 
and do all those nice things.

So for those who can live without docs, there's a zip file here:
