More info on the releases:

Pdx is a POD work-alike, with extensions.  Using POD-style markups,
can generate HTML, Latex, and Docbook outputs.  Now supports nested
"includes".

mkpythonproj generates a single script or a full project dir, with
appropriate license, setup.py, documentation, etc.  Each script has
getopt parsing, manpage documentation, a main object, and a main
function for testing.  Useful for quickly getting started
