Numpy for Windows, can someone email to me?

I have searched the net far and wide and can find no
Numeric Python for Windows that will work for Python 1.52

Can someone email this to me?  Or point me to an ftp site.
All of the usual ftp sites are missing any Windows binaries
except for Starship Python which has a version which will
only install with Python 1.4.
