Ugliest?  I nominate Javascript.  Ok, Perl comes close, but
if you've done serious stuff in JS you know it does get ugly.

Anyway, among many others, you've forgotten Rexx.  Enough
ex-Amiga'ers and (ex- or current-) IBM'ers may give it a
sufficient user base, and Mike Cowlishaw, if he's motivated
to, can IMHO hold its own with Larry or Guido (if the code
is to be written in very clean IBM/370 BAL, rather than in
C, I think Mike has an edge:-).
