Parsing Java source files in Python ?

Hi everybody,

 I would appreciate any pointers to tools or
 strategies in order to parse Java source
 files from Python (from CPython not Jython,
 I know this may sound a little bit awkward,
 but other requirements made me rule out Jython
 for the time being).

 Do you think using regualr expressions is  feasible,
 rephrasing..., is advisable ?
