Jpython not work in Win2000

I have tried the same thing under Windows 2000 and duplicated his error.  Any suggestions? When I did a jar tf jpython.jar, I noticed some classes starting with Perl.  What gives?

I just installed Jpython on Windows 2000. After successful
installation, under dos prompt, I type:
jpython
it complains that 'jpython' is not recognized as an internal
or external command, operable program or batch file.
The jpython is a executable jar file, according to the file
property. How can that happen? But it works in Windows NT.
Any suggestions and recommendations are highly welcome.
