problems Mailman instalation

I followed all the step for the instalation, but when i create the test list,  when i am the list administrator, it retive to my email address failed deliveries once per minute.
The e-amil is like:

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/mailman/locks/qrunner.lock.orion.2929'


I think the problem should be with directory where i have istalled the aplication (usr/mailman/)


i did-nt checked it it is with nosuid option, because i dont know how to konw it.
