python interface to mysql

Hi,


I have RedHat linux 6.1 and I have mysql version 3.22.32
and Python 2.0 and I have downloaded MySQLmodule-1.4 and followed the
instructions in README file and built the MySQL module inside
the python and I ran pyhton at the command prompt and I tried
import MySQL and it worked fine

But when I tried using through a HTML with a python script
that did not work??

Does MySQLmodule-1.4 work with Python2.0???

Could you please help me what's going on??
