Special Interest Group: Import redesign

As a result of the Developer's Day session on Import Uitilities, 
a new SIG (the import-SIG) has been formed. The goal is a 
new architecture for the import facility in Python.

If you write import hooks, want to write import hooks, have 
trouble with import hooks that others have written, or just have 
a perverse fascination with this arcane area, you are 
encouraged to join.
