You are right, sorry.  I'm repackaging `xpot' within something I will call
`po-utils', and which will contain a few other, simpler tools.  (I hesitated
between `po-utils' and `tp-utils', because I have some tools in the works
which are related to translation without being specifically related to PO
files, but this is too soon to consider them yet.)  I'll announce 0.4 soon.
