SourceForge question

Hi! I'm a clueless Windows user and i want to start a
tiny project in SourceForge.
I have a CVS binary and the files for my first release.
I need: Advice on where to get a SSH binary for Windows
and how to set up the initial CVS tree. It doesn't need
to be perfect, this will not become a big team effort,
i suppose. Somebody who already has set up a
SourceForge project out there? Tanks for any
advice.
