Python startup seems slow... (NT)

I have a version of python15.dll that I've compiled using the delayload
mechanism. Basically this means that it will only load a dll when it needs
it. Running a very basic test on my system (400Mhz celeron,128Mb,Win2K RC3)
the load time went from over 2 seconds to under half a second. If you wish I
can email it to you, or if someone wants, I'll upload it somewhere.
